We consider a bosonic Josephson junction in the Bose-Hubbard two-mode approximation where some of the parameters are corrupted by physically meaningful noise processes and study the corresponding relaxation dynamics towards its equilibrium state. We show with numerical simulations that this model can essentially capture all the important features observed in a recent experiment regarding the relaxation dynamics in one-dimensional bosonic Josephson junctions, namely the damped oscillations of the population imbalance and the relative phase, as well as the large final coherence factor. We expect that this work will further motivate research about the origin of relaxation mechanism in these systems.  相似文献

开放式、综合性量测实验的设计与应用,在巩固基础理论知识的同时,能够有效培养学生的动手实践能力、数据处理及分析能力,一定程度代表着大学物理实验课程的教学模式改革方向。以PN结物理特性的测量实验为例,基于通用型仪器与元器件的积木式组合,设计出简单、适用的实验电路;t=17.95℃时所采集的原始实验数据经三种模式回归分析,比较验证了PN结扩散电流与电压间遵循的玻尔兹曼分布律;计算出的玻尔兹曼常数与FD-PN-4测定仪的量测值相比,其结果说明了开放式测量实验方法的有效性。  相似文献

Josephson sandwich is considered, along which the radiating chain of vortices travels. Uniform movement of the chain is supported by bias current. The current-voltage characteristic connecting this current with the voltage at the Josephson junction is found. It is shown that when the current increases, generation of electromagnetic waves with frequency weakly dependent on the current is possible.  相似文献

In this work, we investigate the electronic transport properties of M/SiC Schottky junctions (M=Ag, Au and Pd). The results show that the band structures of hydrogenated zigzag SiC nanoribbons (ZSiCNRs) and hydrogenated armchair SiC nanoribbons (ASiCNRs) are almost unaffected by their width changes. When the hydrogenated 7-ASiCNR is directly connected to the Ag, Au and Pd electrode, the transmission spectra of three metal-semiconductor junctions show that the Fermi level of metal is pinned to a fixed position in the semiconductor band gap of hydrogenated 7-ASiCNR. The nearly same rectifying current-voltage characteristics are found in three metal-semiconductor junctions. The average rectification ratios of three M/SiC Schottky junctions are all in the neighborhood of 106. In other word, the M/SiC Schottky junction has remarkable application prospect as the candidate for Schottky Diode.  相似文献

In this paper, hydrogenation is used for the generation of band gap in silicene and the hydrogenated silicene is then studied for its spintronic application. Upon hydrogenation, silicene transforms into a wide band gap material with a band gap of 3.32 eV. Parameters like magneto-resistance and spin-filtering efficiency of magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) with CrO2 as semi-metallic electrodes and hydrogenated silicene as scattering region are found to increase compared to pristine silicene as scattering region. The simulation results show that the magneto-resistance of hydrogenated silicene remains above 85% (higher than the pristine counterpart) for the entire bias range. In addition, the spin-filtering efficiency in hydrogenated silicene reaches a value as high as 96% whereas in case of pristine silicene it remains below 90% for the entire bias range.  相似文献

For revealing the dynamics of partially obstructed breakup of bubbles in microfluidic Y‐junctions, the combination of dimensionless power‐law and geometric model was applied to study the effects of capillary number, bubble length, and channel angle on the bubble rupture process. In the squeezing process, the gas‐liquid interface curve follows the parabolic model. For the evolution of the bubble neck during breakup, the increase of the bubble length, the channel angle, and the capillary number leads to the decrease of the focus distance α. The chord m increases with the increase of the capillary number and the decrease of the bubble length, and it would reach the maximum value when the channel angle is 90°. In the fast pinch‐off stage during bubble breakup, the bubble's neck curve no longer conforms to the parabolic model so the focus and chord no longer exist. For the evolution of the bubble head during breakup, the value of γ approaches 1 with the increase of the capillary number and the bubble length, and with the close of the channel angle to 90°. It is found that the quadrilateral model can be applied for the partially obstructed rupture of bubbles in the symmetrical microfluidic Y‐junction.  相似文献

In this study, we have provided a facile solution to synthesize well-aligned titanium dioxide nanorods by using hydrothermal reaction. By calcining the materials under different atmospheres and temperatures, a batch of titanium dioxides with excellent oxygen evolution reaction(OER) catalytic efficiency were obtained. This new structured TiO2 photoanode material yields a high photocurrent density of 5.69 mA/cm2 at 1.23 V vs. reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE) under simulated solar light(100 mW/cm2). Surface photovoltage techniques and other measurements were carried out to confirm that the enhanced photoelectrochemical performances were attributed to the synergistic effect of the phase junction and a certain content of surface states, which accelerate the separation and transmission of the photogenerated charges. This material with phase junction and surface states promises a potential application in the field of photoelectric catalysis under solar light.  相似文献

Homogeneous xPbO?(1?x) P2O5 glasses where 0 % :σ x<100 % have been successfully synthesized using a melt‐quenching method. The short range structures of the prepared samples were examined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, x‐powder diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The most stable vitreous phase is of composition 45 mol%PbO‐55 mol%P2O5; it was loaded with zinc volume fraction. We carried out experimental and simulative investigations of the electrical characteristics of p? n junction; the obtained results indicated that conductivity of the composites increases by increasing dopent concentration. It was also observed that the current voltage characteristics of the composite were found to be ohmic in nature, wherein drastic drop of the electrical conduction was observed at an accurate temperature of 405 K. Electrical behavior of the composites as function of filler concentration and versus temperature were explained respectively by percolation theory and positive temperature coefficient effect.  相似文献

The rotator cuff repaired construct must establish a contiguous and functioning tendon-bone junction to provide adequate stability. However, fibrocartilage deficiency and bone loss were hardly reversed after physical suture, especially in chronic rotator cuff tears. In this study, we synthesized an injectable methylcellulose/polyvinyl alcohol/polyvinylpyrrolidone-based thermo-sensitive hydrogel, which delivered kartogenin-loaded mesoporous bioactive glass nanoparticles. Physicochemical studies the revealed phase transition temperatures of 35 °C and its ability to induce chondrogenesis and osteogenesis differentiation of tendon-derived stem cells. Furthermore, experiments in rabbit chronic rotator cuff tears model confirmed the fibrocartilage and bone layer regenerative capability of the injected bioactive hydrogel, which could, in turn, support the ultimate tensile stress of the repaired rotator cuff. The bioactive agents-loaded hydrogel reported in this study is a valuable addition to the arsenal of biomaterials in applications to chronic tendon-bone junction injuries.  相似文献
